Design round 2 – overview-first layout: the landing page is a stock dashboard (tiles computed live from the sample data), the store network is browsed as cards, and each working flow (Goods In, Transfers, Returns, Stock take, Scrap) is a sub-page with a scan-first surface. Replaces the v1 table-per-screen layout.
Store network
I-007 Organised for large networks – search, type filter and collapsible warehouse groups scale to 100+ storesNeeds attention
One store detail is wireframed (pick any store on the overview – the header re-binds). Engineer mapping per I-007; the per-store receipt-confirmation flag per I-004.
Creating manufacturers and products moved to Administration › Manufacturers & products (Ivan, 02 Jul – supersedes the in-place creation carried from I-001); this page is the operational stock view.
| Product | Manufacturer | Stock type | Part codes I-001 | Version | In stock | Level |
|---|
Click a row for the product detail. Level = quantity vs the reorder level; a duplicated function (e.g. three fall detectors) is intentional – different manufacturers supply interchangeable products.
| Product | Serial | Service user | Agreement | Location | DMP status | Last heartbeat | Firmware |
|---|
DMP = the Device Management Platform telemetry for each unit (connectivity, heartbeat, firmware, signal). Past activities – installation, configuration, quarantine, battery work – come from the audit trail.

Internal transfers only – external dispatches (to a manufacturer) aren’t tracked for receipt; follow them on the RMAConsignment basket
0Quarantine work list
0 I-008 Sort by stage to batch-process items at the same step; click a row for the item detail| Product | Serial | Source | In use | Refurb progress | Actions |

Items leave quarantine one of three ways: Return to stock (all refurb tasks done → primary stock), Dispose… → the Returns-to-Manufacturer lifecycle, or Dispose… → Scrap.
Marked for return – awaiting RMA
0| Product / serial | Manufacturer | Fault | Type | Marked |

Items arrive here from Quarantine’s Dispose…. Select at least one to enable “Request RMA approval”; an RMA covers one manufacturer – mixed selections are refused with a message.
RMAs
0Click an RMA to open it – dates, its products, and actions. Green rows are units already received back (fixed) through Goods In. On a dispatched RMA, tick products and mark them credit note received / not returned – they are purged from the system; the RMA completes when nothing is left with the manufacturer.
